  • 3 oz. Butter unsalted
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 cup Fish Stock or chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste (optional)
