Cauliflower, Corn & Bacon Chowder

In addition to being a quick and easy meal, this recipe uses cauliflower instead of potatoes, which is an awesome way to reduce your carb intake while keeping plenty of flavour.
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bacon chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ white onion diced
- 1 large head of cauliflower roughly chopped
- 1 cup corn, or one small can of corn drained
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 6 cups strong flavored chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- extra bacon for topping
