- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting the towel
For the Frosting
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature (1/2 cup)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream optional
