For Ras [syrup]
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • Saffron a pinch
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios and Slivered or sliced almonds.

Garnish
  • dried rose petals
