Apple Smoothie

This Apple Smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet, protein-packed, and perfect for a quick and nourishing breakfast or snack. Made with fresh Honeycrisp apple, Greek yogurt, oats, and a touch of cinnamon, it tastes just like apple pie in a glass.

Smoothies are a staple in our kitchen, and this apple version is one of my all-time favorites, especially when I want something simple, sweet, and satisfying.

This smoothie is packed with real, wholesome ingredients like fresh Honeycrisp apple, creamy Greek yogurt, hearty oats, and a touch of cinnamon. It tastes just like apple pie, but in a cold, creamy, totally drinkable form. I love using a Medjool date to sweeten it naturally because it adds just a hint of caramel flavor… and we all know caramel and apples are a match made in heaven.

It’s quick to blend, easy to customize, and perfect for those cozy fall mornings—or really, any time you’re craving something nourishing and delicious.

Whether you enjoy it as a grab-and-go breakfast or a feel-good afternoon snack, this apple smoothie is one you’ll want to make all fall!
