Ingredients:
Honey Buns
- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup half and half + 3 tbsp
- 2 1/4 tsp fast-rising instant yeast
- 5 1/3 tbsp butter , melted (1/3 cup)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 4 tbsp butter , at room temperature
Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3-5 tbsp half and half
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
