Cinnamon Swirl Pound Cake Loaf

Ingredients:
Loaf:
- 1/2 cup (113 g) salted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup (190 g) white sugar
- 3 large (3 large) eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla, or vanilla bean paste
- 1 1/2 cups (180 g) all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp (1/4 tsp) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1/4 tsp) baking soda
- 1/4 tsp (1/4 tsp) baking powder
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) full-fat sour cream, at room temperature
Cinnamon Swirl:
- 3 Tbsp (45 g) brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) milk
Topping:
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp (1/4 tsp) cinnamon
