Mini Fruit Tarts

- 24 frozen mini frozen tart shells
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix the 4 serving sized box
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1 cup whipped topping thawed
- about 1 cup fresh berries
