Cilantro Lime Rice

Cilantro Lime Rice is the easiest upgrade to simple white rice and full of fresh and zesty goodness. Fresh is the key to this flavorful recipe. Use freshly chopped cilantro leaves and fresh-squeezed citrus juice for the best taste. It only takes a few more ingredients than standard rice and hardly any more work. While I usually serve it as a side when we are having Mexican food, the flavor goes really well with practically any main dish especially grilled meat in the summer.
Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
