3 Ingredient Healthier Peanut Butter Fudge

This healthier peanut butter fudge is so smooth and creamy. It only needs 3 ingredients and doesn’t contain any refined sugar, dairy or butter. You also don’t need to cook the fudge.

This fudge takes only a few minutes to prepare. No hovering over the stove and no candy thermometer needed. It is a dessert you can store in your fridge or freezer for whenever you need a creamy treat.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup (250g) unsweetened natural peanut butter with no added oils
  • 3 tbsp (44ml) honey
  • 1/4 cup (52g) melted coconut oil
