- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano (divided) or ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- pinch red pepper flakes optional
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 8 lasagna noodles broken into 2-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese divided
