- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup warm water or almond milk
- 2 yellow onions
- thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp ghee or refined coconut oil divided
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning blend OR 1/4 teaspoon dried basil + 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme + 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts - pounded to 1/2” thickness
- 2 Tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 1/4 cups beef bone broth
