Ingredients:
- 1 single pie crust; store-bought or homemade
- 2 ounces German Baking chocolate chopped
- 2 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate chopped
- ¼ cup peanut butter or milk chocolate baking chips
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1½ cup superfine Castor sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon flake sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large pasteurized eggs
- Cool Whip
- Milk Chocolate for shavings
