Homemade Blueberry Granola

Delicious homemade blueberry granola packed with tons of flavor! Sprinkle some of it on top of yogurt for breakfast, or enjoy it alone as a snack.

Lately, I've been eating the same breakfast day in and out: a big bowl of Greek yogurt topped with a sprinkling of granola and some fresh blueberries.

And when it comes to granola, I always opt for a homemade version. It's a lot cheaper than the granola you can find in the grocery store, and it's so much more delicious.

So, today I wanted to share one of my favorite homemade granola recipes with you! This recipe is packed with lots of healthy nuts and seeds, and it gets an extra flavor punch from coconut chips and dried blueberries.

Let's make some granola, shall we?

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups (187g) old-fashioned oats
  • ⅔ cup (30g) coconut chips
  • ½ cup (75g) whole almonds, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup (50g) pecans, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup (37g) sunflower seeds
  • ½ teaspoon (3g) salt
  • ¼ cup (57g) packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup (75g) maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup (62g) olive oil
  • 1 cup (165g) dried blueberries

Total Time:
40 minutes
