Avocado Toast with Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:
For the Asparagus
- 6 (130 grams) Stems of Fresh Asparagus medium size
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- pinch Sea Salt
- A few grinds of Black Ground Pepper
For the Avocado
- 1 (228 grams) Ripe Avocado
- 1/2 Fresh Lime divided
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
For the Toast
- 2 Slices Multigrain Sourdough Sandwich Bread or Gluten Free Bread
- 4 Leaves Fresh Mint chiffonade, then chopped fine
- Small Handful of Microgreens or Sprouts any variety (I used alfalfa)
