Fruity Pebble Breakfast Bread

This Fruity Pebbles Banana Bread is two breakfast treats in one bread. Moist banana bread studded with Fruity Pebbles cereal. Don’t even need milk.

The cereal softens in the batter as it bakes, so it has a crunchy top and a moist, sweet inside that melts in your mouth. Topped with a simple cream cheese icing, it is a kind of like a lighter version of fruitcake. It’s delicious fresh out of the oven, and any that’s left over makes a great addition to the grab-and-go breakfast repertoire.

Any sweet, crunchy cereal should give you pretty much the same texture. You could replace the Fruity Pebbles with Cocoa Pebbles for a chocolate bread, or Honeycomb for a sweet honey bread. Feel free to experiment! This Fruity Pebble Breakfast Bread is delicious fresh out of the oven, and any that’s left over makes a great addition to the grab-and-go breakfast.
