Cranberry Brie Bites

Fruity, savory, and just a little bit sweet, cranberry and Brie work together perfectly. Why not combine them into the perfect little savory snack or appetizer!

This classic snack is popular for a reason! Fruit and cheese were meant to be together so why not bake them up into savory little bites with tang?

Ingredients:
  • 1 eight oz round Brie cheese
  • cooking spray
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, (thawed)
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup pecans, (chopped )
  • sea salt to taste
