Bacon Wrapped Apricots with Jalapenos

These bacon-wrapped apricots with jalapeño are a sweet-and-spicy appetizer that disappears fast. Chewy dried apricots, spicy jalapeño slices, and crispy baked bacon come together in just 30 minutes with only 3 ingredients. An easy party appetizer and game-day snack that delivers big flavor with minimal prep.

Today, I am sharing with you a great Game Day recipe – one of my favorite finger foods to bring to a party. These bacon wrapped apricots with jalapenos are sweet and very mildly spicy, delicious and everyone loves them, even my kids. I have made these several times for family gatherings, holidays, parties and they are a big hit every time.

Did I mention how easy to make these bacon wrapped apricots are? Wrap, bake 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes, Also the ingredients are really simple: bacon, apricots, Mezzetta’s jalapeno peppers and toothpicks. Easy peasy!

Ingredients:
  • 48 dried apricots
  • 48 jalapeño pepper slices
  • 12 bacon slices, cut in four equal pieces (organic and pastured preferred)
  • 48 to toothpicks
Prep Time:
15 minutes
Cook Time:
20 minutes
Total Time:
35 minutes
