Shrimp Kabobs
Grilled shrimp kabobs are so easy to make and cook in just minutes.
Shrimp skewers with juicy pineapple and green onion are brushed with a quick, sweet and spicy glaze.
Pair them with grilled veggies and rice for a perfect summer meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups fresh pineapple cut into chunks, or canned pineapple chunks drained and dabbed dry
- 2 green onions cut into 1-inch pieces
Sauce
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek or chili paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
