Lazy Lasagna

Lazy Lasagna is a quick, one-pot meal made with ground beef, vegetables, marinara sauce, and lasagna sheets. It's creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, perfect for a simple, comforting dinner.
Lasagna is a beloved comfort food, known for its layers of pasta, meat, cheese, and sauce. However, sometimes we don’t have the time or patience to assemble multiple layers and bake for an hour. That’s where my Lazy Lasagna recipe comes in! We are going to cook it in one pan, so you won't have to clean up multiple pots or a baking dish. This easy, one-pot version gives you all the comforting flavors of traditional lasagna, but with far less effort. Packed with savory ground beef, tender vegetables, and creamy cheese, it’s a perfect weeknight dinner that’s both quick and satisfying.
