  • 1 large onion peeled and chopped

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 5 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 12-14 ounces canned buttermilk biscuits or raw frozen biscuits, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
