This unfussy one-pan recipe is a variation of my kids' favorite quickie meal: kielbasa sausage, peppers, and onions. My sheet-pan sausage and veggies feature fork-tender potatoes to round out the meal. Plus, it’s easy to prep, and everything bakes together for a delicious, convenient dinner in just 30 minutes!

In fact, there’s nothing I love more than a humble yet sensational sheet pan dinner. And it’s no brag to say that I know a thing or two – or three! – about quick and hearty one pan meals. Our kielbasa and veggies recipe is practically foolproof to make in a snap, and definitely checks all of the boxes to keep the family (and your wallet!) happy.

Ingredients:
  • 14-16 ounces kielbasa sausage links
  • 24 ounces baby potatoes
  • 2 bell peppers red and green, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup onion roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
