Oat & Yogurt Flatbread with Green Sauce and Tomatoes

Sure, sourdough bread tastes good and is a fun little hobby and all that. But it takes forever to make and you need to give the starter more love than all your family members combined. Our flatbreads are lightyears easier and quicker, taste awesome, only have two main ingredients and flour is none of them.

Ingredients:

Oat & Yogurt Flatbread
  • 250 ml / 1 cup / 100 g oat flour + more for dusting
  • 120 ml / 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Magic Green Sauce
  • 1 large handful mixed fresh parsley and mint (coriander or dill is also a good option here)
  • 100 ml / 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3-4 jalapeño slices
  • 1/2 garlic clove (optional)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • salt

Toppings
  • 1 cup Turkish yogurt
  • 4-8 ripe tomatoes of choice
  • 1 tbsp za'atar spice blend
Total Time:
25 minutes
