Cheeseburger Dip

This Cheeseburger Dip gives you all of the flavors and fixings of a classic cheeseburger but in a delicious warm dip. The appetizer is perfect for game day or sharing at a party or gathering. Every time I walked by the skillet, I had to grab a chip and dig (or should I say ‘dip’) in–it’s that addicting!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 ounces Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 small red onion, diced (about ½ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
  • 4 dill pickles, finely diced (about ½ cup)
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • tortilla chips, for serving
