Strawberry Yogurt Bark

If you’re looking for a healthy snack with some added protein for the kids this summer, you’ll love this strawberry yogurt bark!

Strawberry Yogurt Bark is a delicious and healthy frozen treat that’s perfect for summer. It’s like a healthier chocolate bark, made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and sometimes other mix-ins, like your favorite nuts or chocolate chips. This recipe is fun, easy to make with the kids, and a great way to get them to eat more yogurt and fruit. With a little creativity, you can customize it to your taste preferences. The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt, I like Fage, or Dairy Free Yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, divided, ½ cup sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup whole raw pistachios

Prep Time:
15 minutes
Cook Time:
120 minutes
Total Time:
135 minutes
