Barbecued Chicken Pizza

This Barbecued Chicken Pizza is so super easy to make, and it’s a family favorite too!

I love that this pizza calls for only seven ingredients. That makes it an easy weeknight dinner! My skids used to request this for dinner all the time when they wer little. They picked off the onion, but loved everything else. This is one of my favorites to order at a pizza place. I know it’s not traditionally Italian, but it’s a good Americanized pizza!

• 1 cup diced, cooked chicken
• ½ cup barbecue sauce
• One 16-ounce ball of pizza dough
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup chopped red onion
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
