Apple Fritters

These apple fritters are so delicious and simple to make! They remind me of zeppole. You can easily adjust the amount of cinnamon added as well in case you prefer a stronger cinnamon taste. Top off with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Makes for a tasty dessert!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extra
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Gala Apples, peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Powdered Sugar, for topping
