Ingredients:
Dough
- 2/3 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vanilla stevia
- 1.5 cups sunflower seed flour or almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unflavored whey protein
- 1/4 cup granulated allulose
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/4 tsp salt
Filling
- 3 tbsp butter softened
- 2 tbsp Monk fruit Allulose brown sugar sweetener
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch salt
Glaze
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2-1 tsp vanilla stevia or to taste
