Cherry Almond White Chocolate Cookies

These soft white chocolate chip cookies are thick, chewy, and packed with white chocolate chips, cherries, and amazing almond flavor! These cookies are a chewy white chocolate chip cookie upgraded with dried cherries, slivered almonds and a little almond extract to make them irresistible. A perfect combo of flavors for a festive dinner or a gift. They’re portable. A dessert I can take with me anywhere is a little something I like to call winning.

They’re customizable. You can literally put anything into a cookie. Milky ways, s’mores, cake batter, avocado. Possibilities are endless. You can substitute pecans or walnuts instead of almonds, and you can use dried cranberries instead of dried cherries. In fact, if you want to use omit both the cherries and almonds, you can make these into plain White Chocolate Chip Cookies. Or, vice versa. Leave out the white chocolate chips and make Cherry Almond Cookies. They’re so easy. You just can’t beat a dessert that can be made, baked, and eaten in under an hour. Serve with a cup of coffee and enjoy!
