Garlic Parmesan Puffs
These Garlic Parmesan Puffs are bite-sized squares of flaky puff pastry, generously topped with a blend of garlic salt, paprika, and finely grated parmesan cheese. Then, they are baked until puffed up and golden. They are such an addicting snack or appetizer! I am planning to make a batch for movie night this weekend–they are a perfect alternative to popcorn!
Ingredients:
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¾ cup (75 g) parmesan cheese, finely grated
- parsley, chopped for garnish
