  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, (or regular paprika)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1½ cups long-grain rice , (NOT minute rice)

Optional
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or Parmesan cheese, (if desired)
