Raspberry Rose Choux Cream Puffs

Ingredients:
Vanilla Pastry Cream
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 6 tablespoon granulated sugar divided
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Craquelin
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Pate a Choux
- ½ cup unsalted butter diced
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 to 5 large eggs
Rose Chantilly Cream
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream chilled
- 4 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon rose water extract or to taste
