Pulled Pork Pizza

Use leftover shredded pork in this bbq pulled pork pizza recipe! It’s sweet & spicy, with bbq sauce, crushed pineapple and jalapeño peppers.

Add this pulled pork pizza to your weekly menu and use leftover pork. Bake this homemade pizza recipe in the oven at a high temperature to get a crispy crust and piping hot toppings. It has a drizzle of hot honey that you’ll love.

This pulled pork bbq pizza is the best new meal to come out of my kitchen this spring. That’s a bold statement.

What makes pork such a perfect pizza topping? There’s just something about a sweet and spicy (“swicy”?!) combination that wins my heart every time. The flavor combo just hits. We even made a chlii pizza years ago that is perfect for using up our sweet & spicy chili sauce.

Ingredients:
  • 2 10-inch pizza crusts, premade, par-baked crusts
  • 2/3 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 cups pulled pork cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese whole milk mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup crushed pinapple drained
  • 1/2 cup thin sliced jalapeño peppers
  • 1/2 cup thin sliced red onion
  • fresh cilantro snipped
  • hot honey for topping, optional
