Ingredients:
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup mixed pitted green olives and kalamata olives
- Small handful of fresh parsley leaves
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 4 basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
