Ingredients:

- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
