Smartie Cookies

Soft and chewy Smartie Cookies made from scratch. These golden cookies are filled to the brim with white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and colourful Smarties candy. Quick, easy and ready to eat in under one hour!

Ingredients:

  • 115 grams (1 stick or 1/2 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 90 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) caster sugar or granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 210 grams (1 and 1/2 cups) plain flour or all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 75 grams (1/2 cup) white chocolate chips
  • 75 grams (1/2 cup) dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 200 grams (1 cup) Smarties
  • Sea salt
