5oz Unsalted Butter

5oz Silver Spoon Icing Sugar

5oz Allinson's Self Raising White Flour

3 Eggs

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract

For the filling

4-6 tbsp Lemon Yoghurt

4-5 tbsp Blueberry jam

Handful Blueberries (fresh)
