Gluten Free Oreos

These gluten-free Oreos are a delightful homemade version of the classic cookie. With a rich chocolate flavor and a creamy filling, they are a treat for everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions. These cookies are made without gluten-containing ingredients, making them suitable for those following a gluten-free diet. Enjoy these homemade Oreos as a nostalgic snack or use them in desserts and recipes that call for this iconic cookie.

Ingredients:

Cookies:

  • 1 cup gluten free 1-to-1 flour (I used King Arthur)
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum *omit if your flour blend already contains it
