Delicious ricotta pie perfect for the holidays. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Pie Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter unsalted, cold
  • Orange zest

Ricotta Filling Ingredients
  • 2 cups Fresh Whole Milk Ricotta
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Orange zest
  • 1 tsp. Grappa optional
