Maple Berry Overnight Oats

This maple berry overnight oats recipe is a busy family’s friend! Perfect for those rushed mornings or for a grab and go breakfast!

Overnight oats really couldn’t be much easier to prepare. You just toss it all into a jar, give it a quick stir, put the lid on and pop it into the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, you can heat it for a few seconds in the microwave if you like or just top it with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup and dig in. If you are anything like me, you’ll find yourself assembling jars of overnight oats more and more and being so thankful for them the next morning!

Here’s my Maple Berry Overnight Oats recipe. It makes those rushed mornings even easier!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk, almond milk, or milk
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

For Topping
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Prep Time:
5 minutes
Total Time:
5 minutes
