Protein White Hot Chocolate
This 3-ingredient Protein White Hot Chocolate recipe is too easy not to share. I make it all the time, it’s my go-to on cold nights!
When I crave hot chocolate, it’s usually white hot chocolate. One night, I created this simple, protein-packed white hot chocolate while trying to hit my protein goals. I whipped it up in the microwave on a whim, and it instantly became my go-to on cold nights. You can also simmer it on the stove. It feels indulgent while satisfying both my sweet tooth and protein goals in one cozy cup!
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups vanilla protein shake
- ½ ounce Lily’s sugar free white chocolate chips, or finely chopped white chocolate
- grated nutmeg or cinnamon, for topping
- white chocolate chips, white chocolate shavings, mini marshmallows, whipped cream, crushed candy canes, for topping, optional
