Mushroom Flatbread Pizza

These mushroom flatbread pizzas are one of my favorite ways to make pizza at home without dealing with homemade pizza dough. Naan takes the place of traditional pizza crust, and it’s topped with meaty mushrooms, two kinds of cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. It’s a delicious flavor combo!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (omit if you don’t want a kick of heat)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (10-inch) naan flatbreads (see note)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
