This healthier chocolate cake is soft and moist. It is just 4 ingredients and doesn’t require any flour, refined sugar, dairy, butter or oil. The cake can be made ahead of time and stores well.

- 2 large eggs
- 5 tbsp (74ml) honey
- 1/2 cup +2 tbsp (60g) Dutch process cocoa powder
