  • 1½ tsp cajun seasoning

  • 2 (16 ounce cans) red beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ tsp Cayenne
  • ⅛ tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp salt, more to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper, more to taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, diced
