Gnocchi and Red Sauce

  • ¼-½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • fresh thyme, basil, and grated parmesan for serving, optional
