Sicilian Lemon Thyme Cake

1 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Lemon thyme

For the Decoration

1¾oz Dark chocolate (melted)
1 tbsp Olive oil
0.5 tsp Nielsen-Massey Lemon Extract
