Avocado Bread: like banana bread, but with avocados.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup butter at room temp
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mashed avocado
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
