Ingredients:
Crust and topping
- 1⅓ cups all purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1½ cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Raspberry filling
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups fresh raspberries, rinsed and dried well
- ¾ cup raspberry jam or preserves
