Baked Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip

Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip is a delicious and easy baked appetizer that’s perfect for a crowd! It’s a creamy, spicy dip, packed with shredded chicken and classic ranch flavour!

I don’t know about you but party foods are some of my favourite foods! There’s almost nothing so delicious as a rich, cheesy appetizer and this Baked Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip is one of our favourite indulgent party foods ever!

If you like all things spicy, this warm party dip is sure to become a new favourite. It’s ultra creamy and cheesy, and it’s packed with delicious cool ranch flavour and warm buffalo spice. It’s perfectly savoury and it’s perfect for a crowd.

And it couldn’t be easier to throw together – just grease a baking dish, mix together all the dip ingredients in a bowl, smooth them into the pan and top with shredded cheese. Bake until golden brown and serve! It’s SO simple and it’s perfect for Game Day!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 16 ounces full fat cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning dip mix
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup full fat sour cream
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese reserve 1/3 cup for topping
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese reserve 1/4 cup for topping
  • celery sticks and crackers for dipping
