Strawberry Jalapeño Margaritas

Let's celebrate the magic of roasted fruit starting with these Roasted Strawberry Jalapeño Margaritas! Vanilla roasted strawberries get mixed with jalapeño-infused tequila, sugar, agave, and lime juice for a refreshing, spicy, & slightly sweet frozen margarita cocktail with only 8 ingredients needed.

If you've tried my Mango Jalapeño Margaritas then you KNOW I am a fan of spicy cocktails. And I think it's pretty clear I also have an obsession with frozen margaritas.

Let's be honest, they kind of taste like an adult-approved slushy, so who wouldn't like that?!

What makes this strawberry jalapeño margarita recipe so unique is roasting the strawberries first. It truly adds so much more depth of flavor to this roasted strawberry margarita!

  • 4 cups halved strawberries measure once cut
  • ¼ cup sugar for roasting strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste optional but SO good
  • 6 oz blanco/silver tequila
  • 3-4 slices jalapeño
  • 3 oz lime juice juice of 3 limes
  • 3-4 cups ice add more or less if desired
  • 1-4 tablespoon agave optional, add as desired for a sweeter cocktail or omit for a less sweet cocktail
